Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει σκοπό να αναλύσει τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες από το gov.gr και πιο συγκεκριμένα τις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες του ληξιαρχείου καθώς και του myKEPlive. Η διπλωματική αυτή μελετά από ποσοτικής πλευράς τις ανάγκες που προέκυψαν κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας Covid-19 ως προς το πώς συμμετέχουν οι πολίτες στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, στην περίσταση αυτήν ηλεκτρονικά. Η εργασία επίσης θα αναλύσει τις όποιες εναλλακτικές ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών που στρέφονται στην ηλεκτρονική εξυπηρέτηση. Αυτές οι εναλλακτικές θα ερευνηθούν για το εάν είναι γνωστές στους πολίτες.
Άλλες πτυχές που δύναται να αναλυθούν είναι έννοιες σχετικές με την ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση καθώς και πώς αυτή επιτελείται και ποιοι παίζουν ρόλο στην επίτευξή της. Κάποιες από τις έννοιες αυτές περιλαμβάνουν τη διοίκηση, την ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση, την ικανοποίηση των πολιτών, και την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών. Η εργασία θα πραγματευτεί με θέματα όπως η επίδραση της πανδημίας Covid-19 πάνω στην ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση όπως επίσης και πάνω στην εμπιστοσύνη που έχουν οι πολίτες από την ηλεκτρονική εξυπηρέτηση και τις διαθέσιμες λειτουργίες της.
Το βασικό τμήμα της εργασίας θα πραγματευτεί τη συμμετοχή των πολιτών στις ηλεκτρονικές ληξιαρχικές υπηρεσίες καθώς και το myKEPlive με βάση την επίδραση που είχε πανδημία Covid-19 στις υπηρεσίες αυτές. Θα ακολουθηθεί ένα ερωτηματολόγιο κλειστού τύπου ως προς τη συλλογή κι ανάλυση των δεδομένων που προέκυψαν.
Αυτό που έγινε σαφές είναι η θετική επιρροή που άσκηση η πανδημία στους πολίτες στο να συμμετέχουν στις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες.
The current thesis consists of a quantitative research regarding the satisfactory degree of the citizens while utilizing the services available from the online registry office on gov.gr during the Covid-19 pandemic. The thesis tackles issues, such as the impact of the pandemic on e-government, and the reliance, trust, and participation of the citizens in the municipal e-services.
The methodology of the research was based in a closed-type questionnaire to gather and study the data collected from a sample of 100 individuals. The result of the analysis indicates the positive impact the pandemic had when it came to citizens utilizing e-services.
