The purpose of this thesis is to design an industrial robotic device type Delta (Delta Robot) in SolidWorks, to build it and to develop code for the use of the mechanism, its programming and the calculation of the forward and inverse kinematic model. As already mentioned for the design of the model, SolidWorks was used and basic geometry, the development was done with aluminum alloys, Inox and Plexiglass. The electrical equipment used consists of 5 Servo motors, 1 PLC, 5 Servo Drives, inductive sensors and speed reducers for the best and most stable control of the End effector. The code was developed in the CODESYS environment using its Structured Text language. The build has the ability to communicate with any MQTT Server and send various measurements, the human machine interface (HMI) is in HTML5 and with the help of the integrated Web Server that has the PLC can be viewed from any device that has access to browser locally or remotely but also with VNC Client. The system has 16 inputs and 16 outputs fully programmable and expandable. It is possible to synchronize the End Effector with the drive motor of the table or conveyor belt. At this point it should be noted that the construction is ready to accept a camera and receive in any way coordinates and execute them, for example through Ethercat, net variables, UDP, TCP, etc. Finally there is the possibility of Teaching the machine and saving the coordinates in a file, the file can then be saved on USB that accepts the construction or inside the PLC on FTP Server which also has the PLC.
