The following work base in one of the most basic-important factors of production, which is called Labor. The labor compares with a proper fit of its conditions, can benefit and produce the best desire results during the production process. The responsible department in every business, especially for labor and employee’s relationship, is the Department of Human Resources (HR) which is dealing with practices and policies related to personnel issues. The purpose of this essay is to study the Human Resources Management department compare to the Human Resources department of the Corfu Imperial Hotel, in order to compare the results through bibliography - the interior of the business. The objective is due to be carried out a research, so as to prove, if the Department of Human Resources of Corfu Imperial Hotel, replenishes the conditions compare to bibliography, but also in the case of identified problems, to make suggestions for improvement.
